Nestled in the rolling hills of Campiglia Marittima, a charming medieval village overlooking the Etruscan Coast, lies “Le Case Magiche.” This carefully renovated farmhouse is part of a private estate with 200 olive trees and features an exclusive shared pool for both apartments, perfect for moments of pure relaxation.
The property is divided into two independent apartments, sleeping a total of 10 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to spend a vacation together while still enjoying the right amount of privacy.
The Apartments:
La Casa Magica 1 (Ground Floor, sleeps 6): A spacious and cozy living area featuring 3 bedrooms (one double with a private bathroom, another double, and a room with two single beds), a second master bathroom with a large shower, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room with an open kitchen, and a charming covered terrace.
La Casa Magica 2 (First Floor, sleeps 4): Accessible via a separate outdoor staircase, this apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea from its spacious terrace. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom, a separate kitchen, and a cozy living room with a fireplace.
Amenities and Surroundings:
The entire property is surrounded by a large, fenced-in garden of 1,000 square meters, fully equipped with a charcoal grill—perfect for a barbecue with friends. The recently installed Wi-Fi will allow you to share the best moments of your vacation.

Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay very much! We were surprised that there were to seperate appartments in the house, but we dont know if we missed that or if it was not clear.

Perfect place for a relaxed vacation. Campiglia Marittima just 5min away, San Vincenzo easily accessible by car.
