Let the wind blow through your hair and soak up the sun.
Discover the Pearl of the Baltic Sea with its diverse range of activities.
The beach and the paths near the beach are ideal for all kinds of sports activities, such as cycling, walking, hiking, jogging, Nordic walking, and much more.
Many paths, squares, and public facilities are wheelchair-accessible and within a few minutes’ walk.
In addition, the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst offers a wide variety of cultural and recreational activities for young and old.
Located in the quiet and exclusive section of the beach promenade in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst, this approximately 32-square-meter vacation apartment enjoys a prime location in the “Residenz am Strand” apartment complex, completed in 2002.
You can look forward to a vacation apartment that was renovated in 2018 and partially refurbished (bathroom) in 2019.
Your vacation home features a bedroom with an extra-large built-in closet (as of 2025, the bedroom includes a box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm), 1 shower room with a walk-in, very spacious shower featuring a real glass shower enclosure, and 1 living room with a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
The vacation apartment also includes a balcony—facing west—with matching balcony furniture.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) and a laundromat, each available for a fee.
Welcome to the Residenz am Strand
This exclusive vacation apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, just a few meters from the pier and the "shopping promenade."
With our wide range of options, we can fulfill every wish—from solo travelers to family vacations, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.
We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
