Really cool house to rent

The house was perfect for our family. The location was within easy reach of grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The house was spacious and accommodating for our large group of adults. Great communication!

A couple key things, this house is enormous and for a large family like us after ALOT of searching we felt this had it all! We tend to spend a lot of time in the home and enjoying the rental so it’s important that everything match or be close to. Issues…1. Theater room is not what it’s described as, it’s just a mounted large TV with levels of couch seating. Not movie room experience disappointed, but it was ok.2. Upstairs showers and downstairs shower other than the master did not have shower liners; made for a horrible experience in getting water all over the floor and bathroom mats.3. There are at least 3 AC’s in the home and the house was still HOT especially at night. Some rooms had fans that did not work and several others did not. Even with bringing fans it was still warm at night. 4. WiFi connection horrible would not stay connected and made it almost impossible to use the TV’s at times. 5. Master bathroom jetted tub is NOT functional; was very disappointed in this since it was once of the reasons I chose the property for rent. We didn’t have a horrible stay, but it certainly was not our most favorite place. There were definitely amazing things about the home, how spacious it was, the pool table room, kitchen, pool, master bedroom set-up. But we will not be renting this property again for reasons listed above.
