The living room offers plenty of opportunities to kick back and relax, and there’s even room for a small kitchenette and dining table. A great combination: white and light wood. This welcoming mix runs throughout the entire apartment and makes it feel surprisingly spacious. In the bedroom, the cozy double bed takes center stage and promises well-deserved rest after long days at the beach. The modern bathroom with a shower offers plenty of natural light as well as ample storage space for everything a woman might need.

Apartment Iris is located in a quiet area in the southern part of Westerland. It’s about a 5- to 10-minute walk to the beach and downtown.

Note:
As part of the renovation of gas and water supply lines and the expansion of the power grid, traffic restrictions are expected on Lerchenweg and Robbenweg in Westerland from February 16, 2026, through the end of June 2026. The construction site will be set up as a moving construction zone, starting in the southern part of Lerchenweg, at the entrance from Süderstraße, and then moving toward Robbenweg. At times, disruptions due to full road closures are to be expected. Access to the properties will be maintained to the greatest extent possible. Energieversorgung Sylt asks all residents and drivers for their understanding and assures them that the work will be completed promptly.
