Our group of six had a wonderful time at this location. While the inside of the home is on the smaller side it is thoughtfully laid out and had room for more guests if needed. The space was utilized wonderfully with a great blend of updated modern touches and the riverfront cabin convenience and style. The location is through a neighborhood but once you get to the house we felt secluded and tucked away like there weren't any close by neighbors. Minutes away were great food options as well. The riverfront access was the real showstopper. While the water was a bit on the warm side with July temperatures it was still pleasant and relaxing. The water was very calm and would be great to just float and enjoy the sun or play in. My boys found wonderful rocks, crawfish, tadpoles, and fish. The host was easily reachable via email for any needs we may have had and was great to interact with. Cleanup requirements in our opinion were not excessive as some others can be. We’ll definitely be keeping this location in mind for any future trips and could not recommend it enough !

Perfect for my family. My granddaughter loved the stairs and everyone decided to use the upstairs shower. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the Mt. Ida Cafe! Want to book it again in the spring when the water will be higher. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was nice but neighborhood was very bad! Would not go back. Last night they had state police with the swat team arresting a person. Along with blasting all the door of every house and trailer next door. They were there all night. No curtain on any windows just shear, that you can see through. This is the first ever VBRO home that i would never revisit. Sorry for the bad review but feel I need to warn others.
