À propos de cette location de vacances
Want to leave everyday life behind? Escape the stress, unwind, and clear your head?
Enjoy a beach vacation on the Baltic Sea, take long walks along the shore, or explore the Darß Peninsula by bike?
Whether you’re traveling with the kids, friends, or just the two of you, the “Seeschwalbe” vacation rental is the perfect place for it. Located right on the dike and the beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach of the Darß, this bright and welcoming two-story maisonette offers plenty of space for four people—or up to six if needed.
On the first level, the vacation rental features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the cozy and light-filled living room—featuring a corner sofa, dining table, and open kitchen—you can step out onto the balcony and take an interior staircase up to the second level.
There you’ll find another separate room that can be used as a third bedroom or as a spacious bedroom and playroom for children.
A private parking space and a lockable bike shed are, of course, available, as are satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
At the Residenz am Strand, you can also relax in the wellness area—featuring a sauna, hot tub, and infrared cabin—for an additional fee.
We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a wonderful vacation!
A laundromat with washing machines and dryers is available for a fee.
Welcome to the Residenz am Strand
This exclusive vacation apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, and just a few meters from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”
With our wide range of options, we can fulfill every wish—from solo travelers to family vacations, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.
We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
