Step into the world of the Sandburg Zingst apartment, a thoughtfully designed retreat in the renowned Parkresidenz am Hafen, which combines relaxing comfort and stylish coziness across 75 m².

Located on the first floor, this apartment welcomes you with an open, light-filled layout, where the living room—with its cozy sofa area and access to the covered balcony—serves as the central hub of the home. The tiled living area flows harmoniously into the dining area with its dining table and transitions seamlessly into the open kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with its array of appliances—from a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher to a microwave, electric kettle, and egg cooker.

The floors in both bedrooms are laminate, creating a warm atmosphere, while the central heating system with underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.

The bathroom features a shower, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. For families with children, a high chair and children’s toys are provided.

The entire property is allergy-friendly and equipped with fly screens and privacy screens on all windows. Entertainment is provided by two TVs, a stereo system, a DVD and CD player, and a selection of books and games. Secure Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, available.

The private, covered balcony is furnished with patio furniture and features sun and wind protection, inviting you to relax outdoors at any time of day. You’ll find a free parking space right at the property.

The Parkresidenz’s location is a particular highlight: You’re just a few meters from the harbor and Zingst’s vibrant city center, with its restaurants located a mere 30 meters away. Shopping options and the nearest supermarket are conveniently accessible within 160 meters. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the ocean await you about 1,000 meters away, while public transportation access just 200 meters away makes for convenient day trips.

From the property, you can explore the full diversity of the peninsula. Go on long bike rides, hike or jog along the coast, or enjoy nature while birdwatching.
