This special property lets you feel, in every corner of this house, that it is an extraordinary and unique home.

Even from the outside, you can recognize the region’s typical traditional thatched-roof architecture, which is evident in elements such as the “Klönschnacktür,” the authentic, handcrafted wooden windows with muntins, the shutters, the brick “cat ladder” on the roof, and much more.

This attention to detail continues to the highest degree throughout the interior. In addition to high-quality, artisan-crafted furniture, travertine and solid wood floors, as well as matching window sills, you can also look forward to state-of-the-art fixtures in the bathrooms from renowned manufacturers such as Villeroy & Boch and Hans-Grohe.

We’ve poured our heart and soul into this project, not only creating a visual masterpiece but also placing great emphasis on sustainable construction.

We offer you first-class living comfort:

The apartment features two bedrooms, spread across two floors. The bedroom on the second floor is located in an open gallery. In addition to high-quality designer furniture and state-of-the-art technology—such as high-speed Wi-Fi, an energy-efficient ventilation system, and smart TVs—the entire property features underfloor heating. The elegant shutters perfectly frame the triple-pane windows.

The vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower, heated towel racks, and a hair dryer.
Other highlights include the freestanding bathtub and the sauna barrel (shared) in the garden.
