When renting per the Unit, half of the duplex, Unit I and Unit II share the outdoor amenities. The outdoor amenities includes a covered patio with TV seating area, a swing, grill & tables and chairs.
The beach chairs, buggie and beach covers are set for double occupancy.

Min booking age 25 yrs or older. Booking guest must be a guest staying throughout the length of say. Booking guest must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a legal picture ID. The Lease will be emailed to Booking Guest via the property`s business email. Property must receive the Rental Agreement and ID min 7 days prior to arrival or earlier depending on the date of arrival. Key access code will be texted only to the Lessee no earlier than half hour before arrival time, subject to Lease Agreement & ID having been received.
