This comfortable 68 m² vacation rental is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach in Zingst in a quiet area.
It is on the 2nd floor and spans 2 levels.

On the first level is the living area with a kitchenette and balcony, as well as 2 separate bedrooms.

A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor.
There you’ll find another small living area with a TV and an additional bedroom with a double bed.

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by reservation) as well as a laundry facility—all available for a fee.

Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive vacation apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, just a few meters from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”

With our wide range of options, we can fulfill every wish—from solo travelers to family vacations, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore a lot, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.

We’ll take just as good care of your bicycles as we do of your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
