Reviewer Comments:
We are full-time residents in the Briarwood community, who recently rented this home for our nephew and his family. The home was beautifully clean and well-appointed. The finishes and furniture in the home are very nice; yet comfortable for a family with young children. Communication with CNE Vacation Rental was excellent. We had a couple of questions the first day, which were answered promptly via e-mail. We will definitely use this home for our family visiting from the Chicagoland area again in the future.

The house was perfect for a beautiful stay! The pool in the back yard was very private. It is within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do! Beaching it, shopping, dining sight seeing! The common area in Briarwood had pickle ball courts, tennis court and sand volley ball! We were able to take a 3 mile walk in the am with our dog and chat with many friendly people in the neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and well-equipped place. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with high-quality. The towels felt luxurious and “new”. The home was stocked with so many thoughtful amenities that made our stay easy and relaxing, everything we needed was already there. It was clear the hosts paid attention to the little details that truly made a difference. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, the home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a stress-free stay. We have been coming to Florida for many, many years and this home has been our best find yet!
