Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom two bathroom with two car garage home. This home offers an excellent location having its own private entrance to a very popular Taylor Park. The entrance to this subdivision also is connected to the Pinellas Trail. Each room has a queen bed for a very comfortable stay. The Kitchen is completely remodeled and offers everything you could need to give you that feel at home experience. This is a pet friendly home. **home is currently not fenced in**

This house is in a great location! It's quiet and a good area. It's right behind a park and near the Pinellas Trail. The house itself is great! 2nd bathroom is beyond the kitchen, which is an odd location, but whatever. Loved the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were great. Patio area is paved with bricks dating back to the 1920s! Overall, it's a fantastic listing and one I would return to in the future.

Enjoyed a week with family and friends in this wonderful home. Quiet neighborhood with park access. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. We would choose this home again!

The house is better than advertised. We had everything we needed. Dave was the most responsive host we have ever had. We enjoyed the Pinellas Trail daily on our bikes as well as the access to Taylor Park. The community is quiet and safe. We will stay again.

You just feel like home! The house is loaded with towels, detergent, trash bags, sheets and new appliances and furniture. Very spacious too. We really enjoyed our 6 days stay. We would definitely come back again one day if we can.
