Spacious enough to comfortably sleep 12, in the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a luxurious King Suite with a private deck, spacious spa bath and walk-in closet. The fully finished lower level is a retreat of its own, complete with a sports bar, entertainment space with games, multiple flat-screen TVs and bedroom and full bath.
Outdoors, relax on the expansive deck and backyard or enjoy quiet mornings on the front porch by the gas fire table. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac with plenty of parking for multiple cars.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental located at 258 Moreau Ln, Severna Park, MD 21146. The rooms were clean and spacious, and most had private bathrooms, which made the stay very comfortable. The basement was also very spacious and had plenty of entertainment options, including a pool table, dart board, and other activities.The kitchen was very large with a nice open layout, which made it easy for everyone to gather and spend time together. The deck was also very big and would be great for outdoor cooking or relaxing, although the weather was extremely hot during our stay, so we did not get to use it as much as we would have liked.A couple of small suggestions that would make the stay even smoother: it would be helpful if extra toiletry items, shampoo, and similar supplies were provided, as the available items were somewhat limited. Also, in case of emergencies, it would be better if the emergency contact could respond more promptly rather than the next day. For something serious like a broken water pipe, quicker action would help prevent a major issue for both the guests and the property.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious, clean, and comfortable home.

Superior from first contact to final departure. Everything that I had hoped for was exceptional.
Communication: Clear, accurate, detailed, pleasant and, friendly.
Content: To the point, easy to understand; great videos, checklists, amenity information. We felt like we were just coming “home” on arrival!!!
We were a reunion family and had the best experience: in the friendliest, most beautiful and, peaceful environment.
The hosts are the most welcoming, cover ALL the details and, have our highest respect and appreciation.

Manor in the Park …the pictures don’t do it justice! This was a fantastic home for a family to gather for a local wedding. Spacious, clean and comfy. Highly recommend. 5*

There were challenges with rainstorms and leaks but hopefully those can be fixed. Other than that, the house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
