The "Old Rectifying House" apartment at No. 12 has been refurbished to a high standard and is situated close to the city centre, perfect for business travel or a city break.
Each apartment at No. 12 has been named after one of Worcester's finest features and you'll find artwork from a local artist to match.
No. 12 is perfect if there are a group of you wanting to stay. Message for more details or see below.
The Space:
This ground floor studio apartment has everything to make your stay comfortable including:
• excellent wifi with a dedicated desk to work on
• 2 large TVs
• kitchen and dining area with oven, hobs, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher
• a sofa bed (big enough for 2 children or 1 adult)
• a comfy king size bed and space to put your stuff
• a luxurious bathroom with a large shower and eco friendly shower products
• access to a small sunny garden with garden furniture
Self check in allows you to come and go when you like so you can explore the beautiful city of Worcester and the local area at your leisure.
This room can be booked alongside "The Hop Market" (another room at No. 12) if you are needing space for 6 people or need 2 bedrooms.

Friar Street apartment - sleeps 2-3 adults (or 4 inc 2 children)
Cathedral apartment - sleeps 2-3 adults (or 4 inc 2 children)

Guest Access:
The property is a short walk from the city centre where there are numerous restaurants and lots of interesting things to see and do, including the Worcester Cathedral, the Commandery (museum) and lots of shops.
Getting There
Worcester city centre's Foregate Street station is just 10 minutes walk away and the other Worcester stations: Worcestershire Parkway and Shrub Hill station can be reached by a short taxi journey.
If you are coming by car there is paid parking round the back of the property and this can be redeemed by buying a drink in The Talbot pub. There is also limited street parking, free from 6.30pm-8am Mon-Sat and all day Sunday, 45 minute stay all other times.

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay for one night. The couch that transitions to a bed is somewhat small, but the owner gave me notice when we booked and I was fine with it! We enjoyed Worcester and the pub next door.
