Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.
Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.
