Located halfway between the town of Pollença and Port de Pollença, I found the property to be beautifully maintained and nestled in a lovely, private setting. The owners speak perfect English; they are friendly, accommodating, and, as locals, have extensive knowledge of the area. Inside the villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and set apart from the large living room and the separate, well-equipped kitchen. Folding doors opening from the living room lead out onto the terrace, which overlooks a beautiful garden with expansive lawns and lovely views of a holm oak forest in the distance. There is a beautiful pool area with a jacuzzi and an additional covered outdoor barbecue next to the kitchen—perfect for leisurely family meals or a romantic evening dinner by moonlight. A door off the BBQ area leads to another shower room.
