Cons:Condo is a little dated. There are some stains on the carpet. There are also a couple of water stains on the master bedroom ceilings. There are some repairs being done in the master closet. The microwave takes 8 min to pop a small bag of popcorn it’s an oldiePros: For the price, this is the best one. We stay at the complex every June/July for family vacation. It was clean and functional. The appliances (including washer/dryer combo) all function as they should. The couch is comfortable. I slept the best in this bed. It’s pretty close to the pool. The water pressure is really good. Kitchen comes mostly stocked with pans and utensils. The a/c works great during the heat of the summer. Owner was very responsive throughout the process. They also let us check in early because our flight landed early at no charge which was very nice!! I give it a 4.5 only because of the stains and the outdated bathrooms.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk or quick drive to local attractions, amazing restaurants, and the beach. The host/management company was incredibly responsive, friendly, and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions from start to finish.

Ive stayed here a few times now...always great.

Needs updating. Carpet stain. Good location. Easy check in.
