CANADARAGO LAKE - Recent kitchen renovation. Located on the eastern shore of Canadarago Lake, this amazing lakefront home sits on a one acre lot with over 200 feet of private waterfront. The waterfront is very user friendly with easy access to the water. A spacious wrap around deck is ideal for outside dining and relaxing. The home is located on a sloping property, with terraced steps from the parking area. There is ample off street parking in the circular driveway.
This contemporary style home has four bedrooms. There is a full bath on each floor. The main floor has an open floor plan with the living and dining areas enjoying a panoramic view with awesome sunsets. A two story cathedral ceiling area with floor to ceiling windows increases the view of the lake.
The décor is a pleasing blend of exposed wood beams and contemporary colors and furnishings. The kitchen has tile flooring and granite counter tops. The remainder of the home has hardwood flooring. In addition to a dining area, there is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen.
Outside enjoy lake views from the rear deck, side patio or the fire pit at the water's edge. Bald eagles, Canadian geese, ducks of multiple varieties often frequent the area. A swim float is available to use for lounging. You will not want to miss the sunset of this west facing lakefront home.

We spent a week in town for baseball, and the lake house was the highlight of our trip. The home has plenty of space for large or multiple families, making it a perfect place to relax after long days at the ballfields. Every morning, I enjoyed fishing right off the bank before we headed to the games—a great way to start the day. The drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park is an easy, scenic 20–25 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will happily return if we are in the area again.

Excellent view, well stocked kitchen, love the kayaks and floaties provided, laundry room was a huge plus, and setting overall was peaceful.

Cooperstown stay was absolutely fantastic in regards to addressing our needs, communication and providing excellent customer service. I would book again with this company without hesitation! We did have some concerns about the home and received a call immediately from the owner. In regards to Casa Lago be open minded to the nature of being on the lake in regards to insects. One of the rooms does not have AC unit so if you're expecting to stay cool in each area of the home just be aware. Kitchen is beautiful with lots of counter space, plenty of kitchen items including coffee maker that you can brew coffee or k cups. The outdoor grill is a blackstone not gas grill. Wonderful outdoor space to enjoy the lake views and a dock which came in handy for our family to pick us up in their pontoon! Very cozy couch in living room. Thank you again for the amazing customer service. We appreciate all you did and hope that the few items the home needs got taken care of for many future guests!
