You'll love this beautifully remodeled canal front condo within walking distance to Sombrero Beach! Fully furnished with all the accommodations you will ever need. Renovated in 2021 with exceptional taste. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath second story condo has an open floor plan with luxury flooring throughout. The kitchen boasts white marble countertops, high end cabinetry, and new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy stunning sunsets on the screened balcony just off of the main living area. Unwind and relax in the heated pool, enjoy cocktails under the tiki and gather with family and friends in the poolside clubhouse. Assigned parking for 2 cars. This location can't be beat. The bike path runs 2 miles from Publix to the beach. You are only a few minutes to Sombrero Beach, Sombrero Country Club Golf Course, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Post Office, Marathon High School, and the movie theater without having to drive onto US1.

Everything we experienced was Top Rated. Excellent & attentive host, The Home was Beautifully furnished. The nicest neighbors, The Grounds had brand new pool facilities, and everything was close to the Best Beach in the Keys.

Very comfortable, short drive to beach and grocery stores. People in this unit are very nice. Pool was warm and cozy. Freezers available for fishing bait. Fun place to be.

Enjoyed our month long stay. Our 1st visit to the Keys. Condo was as described and even better in person, fully renovated. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. In unit washer/dryer was a huge plus. Walk in tiled showers in both bathrooms. Pool and patio area recently renovated (lovely). Condo building was located in nice, safe residential neighborhood. Super close to Sombrero Beach in one direction, Publix the other. Alain was a great host, quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Condo was very clean, nicely furnished & comfortable. Owner very responsive to questions & slight problem was handled very quickly.
