Open plan living space.
Living area: 32" Freeview TV, Sky Sports, DVD Player, Sofa Bed (Double)
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot. Welcome pack. Small terrace with decking area and garden furniture. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. This second floor apartment has panoramic views across the bay, beach, town and coastline. It is located above one of Newquay’s oldest surf shops and in the centre of this bustling town. Towan View Loft puts you in the centre of the action and close to several beaches. There are many excellent restaurants and café bars close by and superb walks along the picturesque coastal path. Newquay is home to some of the best surfing beaches in Europe and there are many surf schools in the town providing qualified tutors. Newquay also has a working harbour, tropical gardens, the Blue Reef Aquarium, a zoo, local farm shop, golf course (walking distance from the apartment), horse riding, bicycle hire, fishing trips and two leisure centres.
In the surrounding area there are many tourist attractions for all ages including go karting, Crealy Adventure Park, Dairyland, The Japanese Garden and Trerice Manor, a National Trust house and garden. The whole coastline is dotted with beaches and fishing villages, from St Agnes in the south to Padstow in the north, with its fine dining and many excellent restaurants including those of the TV chef Rick Stein. Padstow is a must, as it provides a day and evening out for the whole family. Wander the narrow streets and enjoy the evening by the working harbour, or hire a bike and cycle along the famous Camel Trail, a flat off road trail that hugs the shore of the estuary. At Watergate Bay, 2 miles from Newquay, you can take advantage of the wide beach which is home to the British Kite surfing centre. Truro, Fowey, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are all easily reached from this perfectly positioned apartment. Beach 100 yards. Shop 50 yards, pub and restaurant 25 yards.

In Newquay's embrace, we found our rest,Seven days at Towan loft View, truly blessed.On Fore Street, a haven, kind and bright,A sanctuary from dawn till night.(Noise complaint is nonsense I sleep like a baby every night)The host, a gem of human grace,Welcomed us with a smiling face.A heart of gold, so pure, so rare,Made sure we felt at home, with care.Each room whispered comfort, ease,Windows kissed by the ocean breeze.Waves' lullaby, a soothing sound,In this paradise, peace we found.Nature outside, a grand display,With every sunrise, a new ballet.Cliffs and sands, the sea's own art,Left an imprint on our heart.A week in Newquay, our spirits soared, with Trish hospitality whereMemories are made, to be adored.Grateful are we, for this perfect stay,At Towan loft View, forever to replay......Trish you are a star blessed from the sky......

We were delighted with our weeks stay at Towan View Loft. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of by Trish throughout our stay. We could not have asked for more, the accommodation being very well equipped, comfortable and well located for shops, restaurants, cafes. We found plenty of off street parking nearby but could have used the longterm carparks which were reasonably priced. There is also a good bus service should you wish to travel/sightsee that way.We walked to many nearby beaches and eateries and have to say we were spoilt for choice..we will definitely be returning for another holiday ..!!
