So location is brilliant and house is functional, hosts very accommodating. i think the value for money is excellent as big house and nice village to wonder about.

We had a lovely week in Hebden, the cottage was ideally located for numerous walks in the area plus being on the outskirts of Grassington was very quiet. Ideal for walkers and dogs. We stayed with family and there was plenty of room.

The house was clean and the kitchen fairly well equipped. There was no welcome pack, the cupboards were bare, not even salt or pepper. The third family bathroom with a shower/bath was not functional as there was no water pressure. Towels were adequate, no hand soap in the bathrooms, sheets were clean. We enjoyed our stay mainly thanks to the location, but with a little thought and a small amount spent, we would have felt more welcomed and more at home. The third bathroom needs to be fixed. Marvellous tea room and restaurant-pub in the village. Great walks from the doorstep.
