We needed a condo last minute for just a few nights in the area. The condo fit our needs and had a beautiful view. The management company made booking easy. Corey and Angie were great to work with and were very communicative throughout our stay. I would definitely reach out if I needed another condo in the future.

We had a great family vacation at Summer Place , everything was clean & very well kept ! It was nice having Legacy check on us all most every day to see if we needed anything, never had that before , my family will definitely use Legacy again ! Thank you for a great vacation !

Not sure I’d call this property “upscale,” HOWEVER, it was very clean, well appointed and updated. We had a couple of minor issues and maintenance was almost immediately responsive. The location was fantastic. We could see our party at the beach and the pool which was a plus for a large group. The timing of the host’s communications were on point.

There were people smoking weed all around us and we could smell it every day. The rental was not very clean upon arrival. There were tumble weeds of hair and dust everywhere. When we would pull a dish from the cabinet it was always dirty. It just needs a really good deep cleaning. The location was perfect!
