The recently updated loft is a clean and spacious five bedroom, two bathroom, modern-style space conveniently located in Downtown Dayton. Its excellent location is ideal for finding both indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy during your stay. RiverScape MetroPark, Day Air Ballpark, Dayton Art Institute, Schuster Performing Arts Center, and the Historic Oregon District are just a few of the places within a ten-minute walk or drive.
The 3,500 square foot loft provides ample space for both socializing with other guests in the common areas and decompressing in the privacy of one of the comfortable bedrooms. Relax in a massage chair or get cozy in front of the serene fireplace in the common room. The large kitchen comes well stocked with a variety of cook and dining ware. The game room offers mini pool, an arcade-style game, board and card games, and even a PS4 console for your enjoyment. Also located in the common area is a business center, convenient for work or group meetings.

There is no dishwasher so be ready to clean as you go. The floors looked clean until everyone walked around with their socks on (required) and then saw how dirty their socks got.

The location and the space were perfect for our getaway to Dayton. I highly recommend this spot. We shall return.

This was our second stay at this location. It is very roomy for our family with lots of amenities for all ages. The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. A very short walk to downtown and the riverfront. Highly recommend.

The lock box with the key was not near the entrance we had to search for it outside the building once the host described its location. The air was set to 80 upon arrival. It was later set to 75 and we were unable to lower it. The main refrigerator temp was 59 degrees. No ice, ice maker looked broken. The coffee pot was only a 4 cup maker. When we went to clean it there was moldy coffee grounds in it so no one wanted to use it. There was a Kuerig but no pods. So no coffee. The property booklet had an overwhelming amount of rules in it. The pool table is a miniature one. The property was clean with the exception of the floor which the rules stated no shoes but my white socks were dirty after walking around the first day.
