The Primary suite is a true retreat, offering a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath, complete with a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in tile shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom echoes this luxury with a King bed, a private bath, and a large flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful sleep. The third bedroom, perfect for family or friends, features two cozy Queen beds, a private bath, and another large flat-screen TV.
The living area is a haven of relaxation, boasting tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the room with natural light, and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The condo also offers wireless internet access, ensuring you stay connected during your getaway.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).
MONTHLY RENTALS

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The condo was incredibly spacious, which made it perfect for our family. Having four bathrooms was a huge plus and made getting everyone ready so much easier. The ocean view was absolutely stunning—we loved sitting on the balcony and taking it all in.The kids' favorite part was definitely the lazy river, and the beach access was quick and convenient, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.The only downside was the elevator wait times. Because the property was so busy, we often had to wait longer than we'd hoped, especially during peak times. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Everything was nice and clean, bed was comfortable but the mattress was worn out (slept in a dent).The property had a nice wet bar but did not have a wine opener anywhere.All in all a good place amenities were good the kids loved the pool, lazy river and water slide.

-Ice maker on wet bar and Refrigerator had black stuff (mold) in it-guest bathroom had hair and sand in tub, and hair(s) on the wall-master bath toilet needs repair-condo floors were very dirty upon arrival, misc items were found under sofas, tvstand in den, behind dresser in guest bedroom -over flow parking, very inconvenient, far away, 6-9 miles. Premium parking close @ Ruby Slipper (200/5 nights) Parking passes on property 60/car-long lines for elevators, esp check in/out times, and bad weather-pool and Lazy River nice!
