This gracious beautiful home in the most glorious setting in Davenport is a masterpiece. The view of the Mississippi River is spectacular! This lovely mansion has been updated with great thought and still has the gracious charm it deserves. Every single detail in the home is beyond 5 star. The home is so very comfortable from the fabulous beds to the totally beautifully updated bathrooms. The kitchen is a cooks dream with every pot/pan/serving dish/utensil you would ever need. The pantry with the ice machine gives added space to set up a bar or coffee station. Lots of great comfortable living space. Super clean and organized. Absolutely perfect in every way.

This was our second stay at The Estate and it was perfect. The large rooms are perfect for our big family gathering. The stocked kitchen is especially useful and our numerous tea drinkers enjoyed having a hot water spigot for an instant cup of tea. Everything was very clean. The views from all the windows are beautiful first thing in the morning. It was fun walking around the neighborhood admiring other restored mansions. This remains our favorite place to stay in Davenport, IA.

The Estate at Prospect Park was incredible - well maintained house, so many bedrooms and comfortable beds, huge kitchen(s) and dining room, tons of seating, the list goes on. We brought our large extended family for Christmas and it was perfect. Tim our host was very helpful, and super responsive to a couple questions. We hope to stay again!
