What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. Place was great! Short walk to the beach. Only bummer was indoor pool and hot tubs were closed until the last day and then they wouldn’t let people in due to lightening in the area. Dryer took 3 cycles to dry. Other than that we had a great time!

Hosts respond quickly. Outdoor pool is not heated. Pool and splash pad is very cold in February. There is an indoor pool. BBQ grills are located next to picnic tables under lighted pavilions. Which comes in handy when the sun sets early.

The entire process from booking to checkout was very smooth. The unit was perfect for our stay. Beautiful beach view. The waiting on elevators was the only challenge.

It's definitely about the view. It's in a convenient location. But the living room furniture is definitely a little dingy and needs a good cleaning as indicated in other reviews, and because of that I didn't want to sit on it. The building must not have great water pressure because the showers were pretty weak. They have changed out their patio furniture so if you are wanting a lounger, there isn't one as it shows, but the furniture they have on the balcony is nice. I used primarily the inside amenities at the condo because of the timing of my stay, and they are a bit dingy and outdated as well, but it was nice to have access to a warm pool. But in terms of a great view in a spot that's convenient to a lot of things, it's hard to beat the 14th floor. The building staff were very nice, and helpful if you needed something. Most everyone was very friendly in the building. Multiple elevators and carts are available for move in and check out. The management staff were very kind and helpful as well.
