The bathroom has an 80-liter electric water heater, and towels and a basic toiletries kit are included. We hand over the keys in person, maintaining a safe distance and wearing a mask. Guests must wear a mask when picking up the keys. We sanitize our hands with alcohol—both we and the guests—when we arrive at the apartment.

We have a special cleaning and disinfection protocol in place, with new measures adopted due to the current COVID-19 situation. We perform a special anti-COVID cleaning, using specialized disinfection products and air purification before the arrival of the next guests. Pets are also not allowed, and subletting the apartment to third parties is not permitted.
