Great location, just a few blocks from Central Ave. and the bath houses. Quiet. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Parking next to the building. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy check-in. Great stay overall.

It was an easy walk to the staging area of the parade. Felt safe and secure walking back after dark. The hosts responds quickly to any communication. We were pleased with location and the accuracy of the listing.

The location is good for down town access. There were no towels , toilet tissue , trash bags , or paper towels. I did think I misread the listing. With that being said the host was very responsive and very quick to bring the items. The towels weren’t dry yet and the other is unknown. I chalked it up to a learning curve as it is a newer listing . The bath tub/shower was not clean had hair from previous folks. Note: it wasn’t just one . The parking garage is not on the property for clarity. It’s nice enough.
