After enjoying the fun and sun at nearby Upham Beach, you can unwind in the welcoming open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a cozy corner that's perfect for board games. Be refreshed with a great night's sleep in our primary bedroom with king bed and private en suite bathroom, or the 2nd bedroom with queen bed. We also offer a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with easy access to the 2nd bathroom.

This property was ideal for my family. It was my wife and three boys staying there. It was clean, recently updated, and very spacious. The best part was how close it was to Upham Beach. This is our favorite beach so far and it’s not even close. The beach is loaded with shells and there’s a really cool tiki hut right on the beach. You can get everything from breakfast to frozen drinks at this place. This beach is maybe a 5 minute walk at best. You’re also only about a 10 minute drive from Treasure Island and John’s Pass. I would recommend this property to anyone interested. We will definitely be back in the next couple years!!

Host was very communicative and gracious. Place was a short walk to Upham Beach. Host provided ample toiletries and other supploes

Nothing exceptional about this stay. Host was very responsive.2 of the 3 tvs did not work properly. Hot water was scarce. Dryer vent is jimmy rigged. Very basic upstairs unit.
