The beautifully decorated condo has crown molding and new furniture throughout. The windows have plantation blinds throughout. The master bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The dining and living rooms are combined to keep the wide open feeling of the unit which is equipped with a large 60" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The lovely master bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench and grab bar while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower as well. The spacious kitchen has an abundance of cabinets and with a open floor plan. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. The condo has new tile throughout . The screened in patio allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico with accordion shades for privacy. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
