A very pleasant 200 m² country home on a large, wooded lot, featuring a swimming pool (secured by an electric roller shutter) and a fully equipped pool house, located 10 minutes from the Valence TGV station and the highway entrance, and 2 km from all shops.
Chabeuil, a charming village at the foot of the Vercors, is located in the heart of the Drôme, about 10 km from Valence.
The region is rich in remarkable sites, whether for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, or those interested in local culture and historical sites.
Diverse landscapes, exceptional natural surroundings, and remarkable, well-preserved flora and fauna: what a joy it is to explore the trails of the Vercors Regional Nature Park or the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park.
The Drôme is brimming with castles: Grignan (60 km), Suze-la-Rousse (80 km), Montélimar (50 km), and even the Tower of Crest with its keep (the tallest in France, 20 km away). The Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval, a unique masterpiece of raw and naïve architecture built by a single man, is located further north in Hauterive (45 km).
From north to south, the Drôme offers a refreshing escape! Rivers, gorges, waterfalls, lakes, bodies of water, water sports centers… Whether with family or friends, there’s something for everyone.
There are many golf courses nearby, including those in Charpey and Montmeyran, just a few kilometers away.
