The villa features convenient parking for up to three cars right next to the entrance, from where a staircase leads down to the main door. The expertly tended garden conceals intimate terraces where you can sunbathe or admire the stunning sunsets silhouetted against the sea. You’ll also have exclusive access to a rocky beach equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, where you can freely enjoy the magnificent turquoise sea. The sandy beach is located just 350 meters away and can be reached with a short walk.

The villa is located within a large resort consisting of many other villas and homes scattered across a vast area. Inside the village, you’ll find a mini-market with a well-stocked deli, fresh fruit and vegetables, a fish market, and a pizzeria-restaurant.
We recommend using a car, as the shops are just a few minutes away by car; walking there is a bit of a long walk. The Da Palmira store offers home delivery for both groceries and restaurant meals. If you’re looking for a vacation dedicated to total relaxation, far away from everyone and everything, there are services that allow you to stay here even without a car.
