As such, certain hotel services — including room service, daily housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning, and engineering — are not available for residence guests.

After 12 AM, third-party check-in may be available (fees apply). If you prefer to avoid late fees, check-in resumes at 10 AM the next morning.

Please note, this is a privately owned unit and does not include daily housekeeping. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
