Built by the Knights Templar, a former commandery of the Knights of the Order of Malta, the Domaine de Paulon is one of the oldest farmhouses in the Camargue. The typical farm combines Camargue horse and bull breeding and rice farming. You will appreciate its calm, the nearest road being 800m away. By staying in our cottage La Fenière, you will be able to witness the life of the manade in winter and summer.
