Beyond Excellent, we stay in downtown Knoxville every year and this condo was awesome. The location is perfect, easy access to Market Square and all the best restaurants and theaters. The condo itself was a touch of class, better then the pictures show. The elevator was great and made getting in and out a breeze. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. If you are looking for a classy place that doesn't break the bank this is the place. Also the host was great, she made the stay easy and stress free, very nice after a long drive. This is our new go to place when we stay in Knoxville.

The condo was beautiful and very clean, bathrooms were great and the kitchen was lovely. The location is perfect for dining and walking downtown.

Knoxtopia is a beautiful, luxurious condo in a historic building, perfectly located for shopping and dining in the historic downtown area. The host is friendly and easily available by text to answer questions at all times. The building and unit feel safe as does the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a walkable neighborhood in Knoxville.

Water pressure is terrible could barely shower, parking incovient, extremely noisy, didn’t like that the host didn’t reply to my last message. Choose to ignore me.
