Welcome to the front row! From here, enjoy the breathtaking view across Lake Maggiore to the famous Borromean Islands. This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the upper floor of Villa Ottolini, nestled in beautiful surroundings right on Lake Maggiore. The apartments are comfortably furnished with a bedroom, living and dining area, kitchenette, and balcony. Our regular guests love the unique location. We look forward to welcoming you!

The apartment features a lovely living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room and bedroom both open onto the balcony. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Parking is available right at Villa Ottolini. Additional free parking spaces are located 50 meters away.

Next to the apartment, our guests have access to two lawns within the property. There are additional green spaces around Villa Ottolini, as well as various access points to Lake Maggiore.

Life at Villa Ottolini is on the quieter side. You won’t find mass tourism here—instead, the small town of Arolo offers a taste of typical Italian life. Still, you won’t have to go without anything. For example, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the restaurant. We offer a bread roll delivery service, you can rent a SUP from us, and if you have a motorboat, the small harbor has a rental spot for it right at the dock. A scheduled ferry runs nearby to all the sights around the lake, and in the evening, you can watch the sunset from the terrace. Have fun!
