Fishing, hunting, and lake life in a semi-rural area, Hill House is a perfect setting for your summer vacation, offering 3 bedrooms, sunroom, and outdoor living space in a peaceful country setting. Rend Lake is the perfect spot for water sports, hunting and fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful hike along the concrete bike trails! Hill House is just 5 minutes from the town of Benton, 10 minutes from Rend Lake, 30 minutes from a more urban area and one hour from the Wine Trails. Spend your days on the lake, going on a winery tour, or exploring the area and your evenings on the porch enjoying the firepit! In addition, Hill House has a covered barn that will hold two boats with electricity to charge batteries!

Very cool place to chill and enjoy the benefits of the country side. The house is spacious and the patio is brilliant! The hidden dam in the forest is a hidden gem

Peaceful, appealing, land with excellent basic restaurants in Benton, about 8 minutes driving time. The house accommodated 5 sisters in our 70s and 80s comfortably with plenty of room to visit and play dominoes and pet friendly. The side porch is excellent for sitting, chatting, and activities. A dollar general is 3 minutes away for basic supplies. The house is clean, though the bathroom floors and baseboard heaters around the house could at the least use a thorough cleaning. Replacement would be a definite plus. We all definitely recommend the Hill House for vacationing in the Rend Lake area ans hope to meet there again.
