Cozy and welcoming cottage. Think grandma"s house in the country that has been spruced up a bit! Good sized kitchen and dining area is perfect for hanging out and socializing after a day on the slopes. There is a large shaded outside deck with BBQ. The living room has a large couch and 42" TV with Roku streaming service. Two cozy bedrooms, and a full bathroom that has a washer and dryer. Lots of parking available for 4 vehicles. A partially finished basement perfect for storing extra gear or maybe playing a round of air hockey on the full-sized table. We are both kid and pet-friendly. Motorcycles are welcome and we have a covered area to park bikes.

The hosts went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They are definitely dog lovers as a big bowl of water and several dog beds were available for our dog on arrival.

The property was well-located for touring the Nelson and West Koot area. It was easily accessed and well set up and equipped for guests.

This house was very well stocked for all our needs . It’s a great value and the drive to town is only 7 minutes , which makes this place the best value in the area

The drive to town is quick and easy and this place offers so much more than the in town houses . Great value . I’ve already booked it for my next trip
