Plus, you'll be spoiled for choice with a plethora of shops and restaurants at your doorstep.
Step onto your private balcony and take in the breathtaking views. Overlooking the tranquil Ten Mile Creek and offering panoramic vistas of the majestic Gore Mountain Range, it's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the area.
Inside, you'll discover a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need for culinary creations. Gather around the dining room table, which comfortably seats six, for delightful meals and engaging conversations. The living room beckons with a cozy gas fireplace adorned with river rock, setting the ambiance for relaxation. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment options, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa offers additional sleeping space.

There is additional fee to park in the North Alpine Lot. During the Summer Months All parking is free. host were nice. place was adequate, would be nice it washer and dryer was in the condo. I had to use the community washer and dryer and the dryer did not work properly, it did not dry, so I had to haul wet clothes up to the 4th floor and pay again after already paying 7 dollars to dry the first time.

The unit was very nice & well equipped. The best feature was the location - very close to the American Eagle lift!
