The covered outdoor kitchen and bar—with built-in grill, beverage fridge, ice maker, and Smart TV—sets the scene for game days, grilling, and cocktails that turn into long, relaxed evenings. Add in the putting green, firepit lounge, and ambient string lighting, and you’ve got a space that feels more like a private beachside bar than a backyard.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.
