With multiple beach accesses, take advantage of this great location with a paddleboarding or kayaking adventure in Camp Helen State Park. Or take a beach hike to the park. Very nice! Or venture to one of South Walton’s snorkeling reefs. Each is shaped like a unique marine creature, a wonderful world beneath the waves.

We came back for a week at Inlet Beach and Mystic home. We had a great time but I would like to share specific of the home so you can plan accordingly if you stay here. The home was very clean., The second and third level were really comfortable and modern. The balcony was perfect! Oversee was very responsive and helpful. The home is located in a perfect location, close to the beach, We used the golf cart to bring the stuff to the beach and some used the bikes. We only used the pool one morning. It was clean but remember you share this pool with the other "sister home" . We are more a beach family. One morning the other home was using it and I think with both homes it can get crowded but again we did not use it that much. The bathrooms need some love. We have other members of our family staying in other home in the same street and had more upgrades. The bedrooms are small including the "master bedroom. I have been going to 30 A for 6 years and these rooms are small. The king bedroom in the third room had a chest and shelves which was great but the master did not have it. We used the office space for everyone in the second floor to have their luggage. The bunk room was absolutely perfect and the most comfortable room of all the house. We had a family member that is handicapped and the elevator was perfect but NO stairs inside. We had rain some mornings so the outside stairs can be challenging but it worked for those not fans of elevators.

Place was spectacular. Layout was great, clean and within walking distance to the beach. The third floor has big windows that provide lots of sun for the morning and great views for sunsets. I highly recommend this place. Brought my 83 year mother, so the elevator was a big bonus.

The home is beautiful - each room furnished as pictured with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The layout of the home is ideal for two families with the multiple levels and the convenience of the elevator and multiple living rooms. The reason for the less than stellar rating is due to a couple of things some within the control of the property management/ owners & others unfortunately not - we were emailed the code to check in mid day on our checkin day so we moved in at 1pm (checkin time that’s posted is 4pm) after we moved in we were told that the place wasn’t ready. Everything looked pristine and clean so we communicated to mgmt all was fine. Then we drank the water and started a shower - rotten egg smell permeated the house. Maintenance came out next day and flushed the water heater which took several hours. The smell was better but that stench lingered everytime water was on the three weeks we were there. We were told we moved in “early” they didn’t have time to properly prepare the home. The renters next door coincidentally had same issue and moved out. The water heater needs attention. The major issue that is not in the control of the property is the neighborhood- daily construction. Earth movers literally shook the house when they’re demolishing the home next door and clearing the land. Chain saws and construction noise starts daily at 7am with a variety of trade workers coming and going at all hours of the day. A major plus for home is it’s walking distance to ocean
