The living room and bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there is free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected.” There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use.

* A one-time $75 resort fee paid to directly to the Golden Sands at check-in and this will provide 1 parking spot. Additional parking spots may be available at $25/day $140/ week, but are on a first come first served basis. (Parking is handled directly through the bldg.)
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Golden Sands is an elevator building.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 109th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
