Welcome to this newly renovated, 2 bedroom / 1 bath cottage in the heart of Brevard! Walk, Bike and Explore Galore! This lovely cottage is centrally located and within walking distance to all that Brevard has to offer. Brevard City Bike Path will lead you to the nearby Lumberyard District for dining, breweries, shopping and live music (10-minute walk) or downtown to the charming City of Brevard, with numerous shopping and dining options (less than 20-minute walk). Close to Brevard College, too!
Spend the day hiking to waterfalls in Dupont State Forest (less than 20 minute drive) or exploring Asheville and the Biltmore Estate (less than 45 minute drive).
Come back after your adventures and enjoy this cozy, well-appointed cottage with its large yard, nice trees, and excellent location.

The house is perfectly appointed. We honestly wanted for nothing. It’s a lovely place. We (husband & I and 7 year old grandson) stayed 4 nights. The house was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. We did a little cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed some fires at night in the backyard and our grandson enjoyed experiencing fireflies. The location is great. We hiked, did some gem mining, horseback riding, trout fishing, visited waterfalls and sliding rock. We never walked to town but because it didn’t seem like a kid-friendly walk but the Brevard Bike Trail is seconds from the house. We plan to return. Thank you Travis!!

I loved staying at this house while in Brevard. First of all it was the cleanest VRBO I have booked. The bed was comfortable, plenty of closet space, a luggage stand in both rooms so I did not have to bend over (challenging when you are 67). Plenty of towels!!!! The kitchen was neatly stocked with dishes, pot/pans, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper (not the cheap stuff either). The kitchen was big with a nice eating area. They even have an iron and ironing board. What impressed me the most was the ease of communication and they genuinely cared about our stay. Thank you for having a tv that had stations we could watch. I felt they welcomed us to their home as if we knew each other. You always want the best for your guests and I appreciate you making our stay comfortable. The location was perfect. A shout out to the wonderful restaurants in downtown Brevard. The shops in the downtown area supported the local vendors which for unique gifts. I could go on and on about our stay but I hope you (other travelers) will find out first hand.

Cozy paradise in Brevard. We were here for hiking in April and it was perfect. Spectacularly clean. Responsive owner. Simple check-in. Super comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Close to Ingles grocery store and great downtown dining options. Don’t miss The Yard, which has an Airstream coffee and ice cream “Must Visit” venue and is very close to the house. We hope we get a chance to visit Brevard again. Would absolutely stay here the next time.

This is by far the nicest, most well appointed and coveniently located property I have had the pleasure of visitng. Highly recommended, close to downtown, quiet and has everything you need. Thanks for a great visit.
