This lovely holiday home is in a fantastic part of York, so close to the town but also with "Bishy Road" on the doorstep. It has everything that you need close to hand. The house boast three lovely bedrooms, the top room being a good size twin. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a house bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Downstairs you will find a cloakroom and a wonderfully comfortable and cosy lounge, with a flat screen TV for when you fancy a night in. The kitchen has everything that you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine and it leads off to the courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. The owners have taken great care with the finishes in the property to ensure your comfort during your holiday stay in York.

We were really happy with this property. Conveniently located and in very good condition. It was well provided with all the facilities we required. Excellent TV for watching the World Cup. Quiet neighbourhood but easy walk into city centre.
Minor plumbing issues, one shower bracket loose and one bathroom sink drained very slowly. Think 4pm entry and 10am departure unnecessarily mean. Why not 3pm and 11am? But overall very satisfied and would book again.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be out and about in York. Close enough to walk into town, but not so close that you hear rowdy crowds or traffic. Quiet street, which was ideal for three mature women to get a good night's sleep. Nice little area out the back to chill.
Accommodation was great, clean and comfortable. I slept in the loft area which was so quiet, even with the windows open.
Would definitely come back to this property in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday.
The location was a real highlight. Situated within easy walking distance of York city centre and with a fantastic selection of independent shops and cafes close by. Despite being so conveniently located, the area itself felt quiet and peaceful.
Everything felt well-maintained, and it was clear that care had been taken to make guests feel at home.
Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base in York. Highly recommended for anyone wanting the flexibility of a self-catering break in York.

The house was beautiful - loved the decor and the underfloor heating. Very clean, everything we needed and in a great location - absolutely can't fault it!
