The second floor includes a generous primary (king) bedroom with a full bath, a flat-screen mounted TV, and opens onto a shaded screened-in, furnished porch. The second bedroom, a queen, features plenty of storage, a flat-screen mounted TV, and shares a large double vanity Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. The queen bedroom also enjoys access to the screened porch. (The third bedroom has a crib in the closet for use.) The third bedroom features two twin beds (can be configured as a king upon request), plenty of storage, and its own private mounted flat-screen TV and access to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

The third-floor bonus bedroom space boasts two twin beds, a full bed, and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, offering a special getaway place for the kiddos.
