Guests will savor the privacy of this duplex, which consists of two separate units with no interior access to the adjacent unit. 4 brothers and spouses stayed over the weekend. All was great. We only wished there was a way to open between duplexes for when large families rent it.

We rented both units to visit with my parents. We chose it due to location, dog friendly and hot tubs. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but we enjoyed the hot tubs every day and were able to use the grill. They were great communicators and made sure we were happy with our stay. Our main suggestion is better couch.

This was a great central location for 4 couples to go on a personal 3 day bourbon trail in the Louisville, Frankfort and Bardstown areas with a 2 night stay at the VRBO. Not all of us are bourbon drinkers, so the commute to it from each destination at the beginning or the end of the day was not an issue.The hot tub felt wonderful after being on the road for several hours as well. We were also impressed with how clean it was and the coffee and snacks provided!The only issue that we had is that there was not any foil, Saran wrap or Ziploc bags to use in the kitchen. I did bring that to the attention of the owner after we had checked out.
