The property was very nice. We have stayed here before and liked it so well we stayed again. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Montrose Colorado area.

This unit was very clean and the check-in was easy, with the owner providing a key code for entry. As there is no driveway we had to park in the street, but that was not a big problem. The screened and glassed in front porch would be nice in cooler weather, as it is it was rather airless and the windows were not easily opened.
