Nestled on a quiet street in South Rehoboth, this beautiful single-family home offers the best of both worlds—just a five-minute walk to the beach and downtown, yet tucked away from the crowds and noise. Park your car for the week and enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer right at your doorstep. Inside, the home retains its original hardwood floors and arched doorways, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, while updates throughout ensure a bright, airy, and comfortable stay. With space to accommodate up to ten guests, the home features bedrooms on both levels, including a primary suite with an ensuite bathroom on the second floor. Two spacious family rooms provide plenty of room for gathering—one upstairs with a large sectional sofa and big-screen TV, and another downstairs perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The screened-in front porch is the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach—curl up with a book under the ceiling fans or enjoy the ocean breeze. The front yard offers additional space for lawn games and outdoor fun. A private, light-filled office in the rear building with wood-beamed ceilings and a half bath makes working remotely a breeze. Parking is easy with a private driveway for one car and two city parking permits for on-street parking. check in and out very smoothsome wrong information about where the linens (rented) would be dropped off. unfortunately we made all the beds with wrong sheets - had to strip them off and remake. followed instructions to leave linens on the porch -- where we were told they could not be found.Kitchen set up well. but please need more flatware. Laundry set up was great.Location great but *not* a good value
