With a total of five bedrooms spread over two floors, this traditional stone villa can accommodate ten people. The first floor opens onto the covered terrace, which invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the cozy lounge. On the terrace, you can barbecue by the open fireplace and enjoy your meals al fresco. On the first floor is the rustic living and dining area with fireplace, the kitchen, a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom and the other two rooms share a bathroom. The villa has private parking with three parking spaces.

The Adriatic coast and bustling tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, all the historical sites and other places of interest are just a short drive away. Grocery store, a bar and an excellent tavern are within walking distance. 45 min away is Pula and Brijuni islands national nature park. From Porec you can also take a boat trip to Venice, Italy.
