This house has a large upper deck with lots of seating, hammock, pellet grill (check local burn bans before using), and hot tub. There is also a lower gravel area with more seating and a fire pit. Garage is game room with darts, shuffleboard, ring toss, ping pong table, and large TV. Apple speakers throughout home.

There is a Door Camera located at the front door that is operational. There is a non operational broken camera located at the basement access door.

Although there are a lot of fun amenities, and we hope that our guests have a great time making memories and enjoying the space, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE and violators will be asked to leave the property and fines will be associated with violating house rules.
